Email Issues – 16/12/2025 – Resolved
We are currently experiencing issues with receiving emails; there are no issues with sending emails. We are implementing a patch currently and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A further update will follow shortly.

Issues Sending to GMail
Google have recently updated their acceptance criteria for new inbound senders, an SPF record or DKIM setup is now required on your domain name.
We currently support the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) which helps receiving mail platforms confirm that the host sending an email is authorized to send mail for your domain.
You can add an SPF record for your domain with a TXT record in your domains DNS zone file, below are the common SPF records for use with 111WebHost services:
